It is a high-technical enterprise which produces and sells high-quality polymers application material（UHMWPE Ultrahigh Molecular Weight Fiber and complex compound, cable compound, carbon fiber and complex material——under construction）. The headquater is uniquely located in Taopu Xinyang Industrial Park at Shanghai Putuo District which is more than 55000 m²  and has 40000 m² standard workshops. Shanghai Surrey Carbon fiber Co., Ltd.—is located in Fine Chemicals Industry at Shanghai Jinshan District(The second industrial district) where it is wholly financially controlled by Shanghai Surrey Polymers Co.,Ltd.  This company occupies 240000 m².
